2. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified for your chosen package.

• Payment Terms: Final payment must be cleared by the deadline communicated during the booking process. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your spot without a refund.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to availability and may change until the full payment is received. Prices are typically quoted in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• By the Customer: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are subject to tiered cancellation fees based on how close the cancellation is to the departure date. Flights and visa fees are generally non-refundable.

• By Roamies Travel Club: We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient participants or force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, etc.). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a credit for a future trip.

4. Itinerary Flexibility

While we strive to follow the advertised itinerary, Roamies Travel Club reserves the right to modify routes, accommodation, or activities due to local conditions, weather, or availability to ensure the safety and quality of the experience.

5. Travel Documentation & Health

• Passports and Visas: It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to maintain a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and obtain necessary visas.

• Insurance: We strongly recommend that all members of the club purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.

• Health: Travelers must ensure they are fit for the trip and meet all destination-specific health protocols or vaccination requirements.

6. Traveler Conduct

By joining a Roamies Travel Club journey, you agree to:

• Follow the instructions of the trip lead or local guides.

• Respect the local laws, traditions, and cultures of the host country.

• Maintain a respectful environment for fellow travelers. We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive or illegal.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Roamies Travel Club acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by these third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control. Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler’s own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Roamies Travel Club. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
